2. Data processing on our website
As a rule, you can visit FVA GmbH sites without us requiring any personal data from you. We receive only the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, and the web pages you visit on our site.
2.1 Provision of the website and creation of log files
When visiting and using our website, we store certain log information in a file (log file), which contains personal data (URL accessed, IP address of the user, time and date of access, amount of data transferred, website from which the user came to the requested page [so-called "referrer"], website accessed by the user's system via our website, http status, information about the browser type and version used, user's operating system, user's Internet service provider). The log files are deleted 7 days after creation.

There is a contact form on our website which can be used to contact us electronically if you have general questions about us or our products. If you wish to contact us via this form, we will process the data provided in the input mask (name and surname, e-mail address, and optionally your company, telephone number, and your message).
Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail addresses provided on the website. In this case, personal data transmitted via the e-mail will be stored.
You also have the option of contacting us via a separate contact form if you are interested in a specific product. In this case, we will process your name and e-mail address.
In this context, no data will be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation or the contact. Your data will be stored in our CRM system (Centralstation CRM) in order to process your request or in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. If the e-mail contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR.
If the user contacts us by email, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. To object to the storage, either contact us using the contact form or send an e-mail to the addresses provided.
2.3 Data processing in the context of a seminar registration on the website
You have the option of registering for seminars on our website. As part of the registration process, you must provide the following mandatory information ("mandatory information"):

You have the option of registering for our newsletter on our website. When you register for our newsletter, we process your e-mail address. Newsletter analysis
We may perform a statistical analysis of usage data for our newsletter.
